Have more of the veggies 5. Avoid milk but have milk products but in less quantity 6. Have daily exercise like squats, walk , yoga This will help you in reducing belly fat also and improve the pcod condition

Gud evening of u r gluten sensitive then u can use millets rather but if not then don't avoid gluten, dairy etc.in order to control pcos n to gain weight simultaneously u need to maintain a healthy lifestyle routine which includes a healthy food plate, exercise like yoga or strength gaining cardio workout etc for minimum 45mins to max 1hr,drink plenty of water, sleep early, avoid outside eating and reduce stress by doing exercise.these, are the key guidelines to follow persistently.
