What should I take curd or yogurt in daytime?or should I not eat these both as I have pcos. Moreover should consuming turmeric milk or dalchini milk is good for pcos?

Hi that's a very good question. You can avoid milk and milk products but have other sources of calcium and vitamin D from green veg, only fish, eggs, nuts and seeds. For detailed plan contact me through Practo.
