Regarding pcod/pcos diet
Hello mam/sir I am 18 and half year girl currently not sexual active I am diagnosed with pcod/pcos in sonography my period cycle is disturbed from past 1 year. My prolactin tsh fsh testertone level is normal my hameoglon is 14 and vitamin d is 48 kft normal slight decrease in creatinine which is 0.5 my cholesterol sugar is normal iron studies is normal it was found that I was having mild increase is sgpt sgot level which was 65 and 38 respectively and my serum bilirubin was 1.53 after consulting to doctor I am taking uroscol 300 with heptral tablet and with strict diet modification with fruits dry fruits and vegetables diet no outside food lots of fruit and vegetables and homemade food yesterday I got tested and found significant decrease in my level of sgpt and sgot which is 24 and 18 respectively and my serum bilirubin total is 0.7 I want to modify my diet accordingly to pcod diet I am very slim girl weight 49 kg height 5'7 inches I am currently taking normoz tablets and uroscol
