Yes, diet is definitely helps in get rid off PCOS, but more details are required to recommend specifically. You should follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy and other vegetables. Drink 3 litre water per day and do some different kind of exercises. There are some seeds, like Fenugreek, chia etc are helpful in controlling this problem, if you want you can include it in your diet.
