PCOD cannot be cured it can be prevented by diet follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening.

Hi, Yes, diet is definitely helps in get rid off PCOS, but more details are required to recommend specifically. You should follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits, leafy and other vegetables. Drink 3 litre water per day and do some different kind of exercises. There are some seeds, like Fenugreek, chia etc are helpful in controlling this problem, if you want you can include it in your diet.
