Be positive in your thinking always. Stress,pollution, hormonal imbalance, lack of physical exercise and most importantly unhealthy food junk food in your diet add on PCOS problem. Feeling depressed and low is due to hormonal imbalance causing pcos aggravation. Hence follow a low fat high fibre diet by including more salads and green vegetables along with regular exercise. Lose weight if over weight and minimise oil rich food. Check your blood for vit d , b12  thyroid and blood sugar along with iron profile .
