Feeling depressed and low is due to hormonal imbalance causing pcos aggravation. Hence follow a low fat high fibre diet by including more salads and green vegetables along with regular exercise. Lose weight if over weight and minimise oil rich food. Check your blood for vit d , b12  thyroid and blood sugar along with iron profile . For further information , if required contact a food therapist to analyse and guide you appropriately.
