Turmeric and Cinnamon water for PCOS
I am diagnosed with PCOS.. Can I drink turmeric and Cinnamon water to regulate my periods in summer ? Will it cause acne in Summers due to its hot potency ?

Hi I am holistic nutrition coach and dietician. Just turmeric and cinnamon powder will not solve your health issues. Contact directly, as PCOS can be reversed surely. Thanks

Hi. Actually cinnamon pwd works to regulate insulin levels. Better for pcos u can try doing some workout as well as start eating healthy and avoid taking junk food And you can try doing seeds cycling As in from 1st to 14 th day of your cycle take 1 tbsp of flax seeds and pumpkin seeds each. From 15 to 28 th day take sesame and sunflower seeds 1 tbsp each U can take it anytime of the day

Hii Weight management is much imp in pcos n physical activity n balanced diet with water intake Rest taking cinnamon 1/4 tsp or pinch of haldi alternate basis ll not cause acne taken in water

Not really Acne depends on the oily content release by our skin and sometimes they appear as allergic reaction. If there two much of acne then get suggestions of derma doctor too.

Better to get your vata level check and go accordingly. Pcos is a lifestyle and metabolic disorder. You can add proper meal as per your medical issues only. That will help you to get rid of this problem without medication even.
