No juices allowed . Juices are just coloured flavoured water. It has no fiber and less nutrients so avoid.

Hello..... Taking right food in right proportions is good, anything more is not healthy. Drinking too much of juices at a time is not suggested. Taking too much of juices is not a right option instead it harm u more. Only a single food or drink is never a solution to a problem . A complete balanced diet with right amounts of nutrients is needed. To guide u properly, need complete profile of your medical and diet history. Thanq...

Hi! Greetings from NutrItu. Drinking too much of juice is not good at one point of time even in a normal scenario..PCOS is all about insulin metabolism. Having 3-4 glasses of juice at one point of time may spike the blood sugar levels which may lead to high blood sugars. Eating a fruit over juice is much more suggested. For further queries or to treat pcos with diet therapy you may connect directly. Thanks for your query.
