Sugarcane juice daily?
We have a sugarcane juice outlet opened inside my office building and we all have an urge to drink the cane juice daily. Daily consumption of sugarcane juice, will it lead to health issues, diabetes possibilities, etc?

There is no problem with juice taken on daily basis  ,its better if u dilute the amt with half portion of plain water with lime juice

Additionally it helps to keep the skin healthy, Sugarcane juice contains 30 grams of natural sugar along with 250 calories. The fat, protein, fiber and cholesterol content is generally less but it contains copious amounts of iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium and sodium. There is no harm in sugarcane juice on daily consumption

Only diabetic people or hypoglycemic people will not drink. Also some specific health issues. Common people can have 300 ml mostly during summer

Sugarcane juice has many health benefits...and also is good for health. It can be a good option at snack time. But being high on calories (100gm provide 269 kcal) should be avoided as a daily consumption. Instead you can have cut sugarcane cubes as fruit. For more connect directly at direct practo chat. Yes you can take 1 glass daily good for Liver detoxification But if are diabetic den avoid

Hello, Daily consumption is not a problem, just limit it to 1 glass per day. Can have it as a mid- morning (A time period between After breakfast and before lunch)
