Regarding juice
Hlo, mam. And sir, Im 6 feet tall guy im overweight. I'm 110 kg. Before now, I'm doing dieting and running and zyming 2 times in a day now. I'm 97 kg, only eating boiled food with salad . Oats and boiled egg boiled vegetables with multigrain atta 3 only every day completing 14000 steps ... Drinking greentea 2 time in a days after breakfast 2 hours gap  and after coming from zyming in evening I take greentea sir I'm only confused regarding juice plz guide me for maintaining healthy liver and heart ❤️ plz tell me can we take 1 time papaya leaf juice with adding litle honey for 1 time in a weak and can a dieting person take dab pani water  everyday for maintaining healthy liver and heart ❤️ or which juice is good for Maintaining a healthy heart and liver .can we drink everyday dab pani water in an empty stomach, and after breakfast, after some gap, can we drink .beetroot. carrot. tomato. mosambi. pomogranate juice every day after breakfast or not, it will not gain our weight na
