Hlo, doctor, sir or mam plz guide me. I'm 6 feet 1 inch tall, 183 cm. Tall.guy priveously I'm 110 kg weight by doing running 8 km in morning every day without any 1 single break is it ok and running 11 km everyday is it good for heart ❤️ health Doing dieting and zyming 2 times I lost my weight Now I'm 76 kg according to u what will be it my actual weight And it is ok to run 8 km every morning and 3 km in the evening Completing every day 20000 tk steps Is it ok to run 11 km everyday 8 km in morning without any break rest

If you are enjoying the run it is fine but for weight loss this is not required. You should not overdo any form of exercise. Diet has to be proper with this.kindly consult through practo app for details
