Healthy weight of 6 feet 1 inch tall guy
Previously im 110. Kg weight after doing dieting Running 2 times 12 km in a everyday zyming 2 times n a day eating boil food and salad multigrain atta roti 2 in lunch and dinner  .and oats with toned milk in breakfast with half litle bowl fruits I'm now 79 kg what will be it my exctual weight should be to a 6 feet 1inch talll guy will be good for me and plz tell me is it ok to run 1 hours continuously in morning without any second breaks I run today 1 hours continuously 9 km in the morning and I done my all blood test all vitamins and all parameters are ALHAMDULLILAH normal Everyday completing 19000 steps and burning  1400 kalorie and completing 20 kilometer everyday by running 12 km and brisk walking 8 km... Anything else should I do it to maintain slim

U really didi good work...! If we just consider height thans as per height ur weight should be 78 or 80kg, so i think weight is ok now but focus on other mineral-vitamins and healthy nutrition so u will be able to maintain weight and health.for that u can consult with me or any nutritionist/dietician. They can help out u.thank you.

You can keep the physical workout going on. But there is very less amount of protein in your diet. So you should try to include atleast 79gms of protein in a day. 1 whole egg- 6gm protein 100gms chicken/ fish - 20gm protein 100gms paneer- 20gms protein 1 scoop whey- 25-33gms protein 1 bowl sprouts/ pulses- 8-10 gms protein
