Good job!
Maintenance of weight is important. Make sure you are eating enough all nutrients required as per your activity. Take a help of good dietitian near by you. Or contact me through this platform as many more details are needed. Thanks.
U really didi good work...! If we just consider height thans as per height ur weight should be 78 or 80kg, so i think weight is ok now but focus on other mineral-vitamins and healthy nutrition so u will be able to maintain weight and health.for that u can consult with me or any nutritionist/dietician. They can help out u.thank you.
Over workout is not necessary focus on lifestyle modifications involves altering long term habits, typically of eating or physical activity and maintaining the new behaviour for months or years
Your ideal weight should be between 75-80 kg
But need to see your muscle mass in body
If you look lean body now work on your protein intake
For more connect with me on practo app
You can keep the physical workout going on. But there is very less amount of protein in your diet. So you should try to include atleast 79gms of protein in a day.
1 whole egg- 6gm protein
100gms chicken/ fish - 20gm protein
100gms paneer- 20gms protein
1 scoop whey- 25-33gms protein
1 bowl sprouts/ pulses- 8-10 gms protein
