ONLY 1 KG WEIGHT GAIN PER YEAR.
I AM 20 YEARS OLD NOW AND MY WEIGHT IS NOT GAIN . EVEN I EAT A LOT , EVEN I TRY MAY THINGS , TAKING BALANCED DIET , PREPARE A PROPER TIME TABLE FOR WEIGHT GAIN WITH NUTRITION FULL MEAL ,BUT AFTER THAT I ONLY GAIN 1 KG PER YEAR. BEFORE PERIODS I'M HEALTHY AFTER THAT IT GOING HAPPENS. NOW WHAT CAN I DO?

Try to rule out weather u have some medical issues or not. If not then u can try doing some weight Gaining exercises to develop ur muscles. Also try to eat high protein diet More of nuts like almond and walnut. Try to have boiled sweet potato. Definitely u will see some difference
