What will be a healthy weight of a 6 feet 2 inch 188 cm.tall guy And previously, im 110 kg 4 months ago, but after running 12 km every day, zyming 2 time doing dieting eating boil food eating multigrain atta roti 2 in lunch with salad and dinner 2 multigrain atta roti with boiled vegetables with salad and 1 white egg parts and completing 20000 steps I lost my weight Now I'm 76 kg Plz tell me how much weight will be good for me according to my height and can I Still run 12 km now or should I stop running now Or should I less running for maintaining fit

Good afternoon sir, Your ideal body weight should be 85-87 kgs. Stop more exercise bcoz you have literally drained yourself with so much exercise Plz, get your Body Composition Analysis and To stop over exercise and eat sufficient amount of food. 1. Limit unhealthy foods and eat healthy meals 2. Drink water and stay hydrated. And limit sugary drinks 3. Get enough good sleep 4.Exercise regularly and be physically active 5.To reduce stress level.

You have literally over drained yourself with so much physical exertion. I doubt if you still have good muscle mass and a lean body. Please get your BCA done and stop overexercising and eat sufficient amount of food. If you think your diet is something that can be followed by a normal person throughout the day then eventually you're doing fine. But any chance if you feel that the routine you follow is not sustainable, then you might have to look at your current lifestyle. To answer your question - your ideal body weight should be around 85 kgs. But make sure you have good composition of muscle, water, bone density and fat percentage in the body.
