Hello Doctor,
I was 54 kgs 2 months before, recently I noticed all my shirts, pants are loosen. When I checked weight it shown same 54 kgs only.
I noticed that Face and body reduced in inches. I got hemorrhoids one month before, now it's healed. Otherwise
I don't have any disease, but I traveled and walked more for job.
Last time when I taken blood test, there were hemoglobin 10.5 only.
I've got dark circles too, always feeling tired and drying skin.
Please help to let me know why all these happens. And give me some suggestions to overcome this.

Suddenly muscles and fat loss points same health issues..may b u lower sugar level, u can check ur sugar levels through HBA1c.or may be same other health issue. I think before going any test, 1st consult personally wirh neatest doctor and as per advised on base diagnosis u can start diet and supplement or may be few required medication.

Hello.. If there is sudden muscle loss or may be fat loss.. Please check BSL Fasting and PP and HbA1c.
If you are confirmed that you don't have any disease, then increase Protein in your diet.
For example:- Sprouts, Nuts and Seeds, Paneer if you are non vegetarian then add boiled egg, chicken, fish.. Your Hb is showing low level for further examine please do following test.
Hb electrophoresis
Sr. Iron
Stool OCB
Sr. Ferritin
Vit B12
Well as this is a complete individualised case, you must consult a registered dietician.

Spinach, sprouts, liver, honey with vitamin C .
Good source includes:
Dark green leafy
Brown rice
Pulses and beans
Nuts and seeds
Meat , fish, tofu
Eggs
Dried fruits
Avoid high sugar salt, fatty foods
Eat protein rich foods at each meal, avoid stress, sleep at least 8 hours a day.
You should drink at least 3-3.5 liter/ day.

Eat lots of vegetables, fruits.

Choice of food (vegetarian or non vegetarian)
I would like to suggest an excercise regimen for 30mins atleast in the morning., preferably yoga and pranayama.
Do not worry about the weight and the inch’s lose .
Concentrate on eating healthy and home food more.
Your Hb is very less - include green leafy vegetables , fruits and egg in your diet . Less carb.
You can take iron supplement with vitamin C combined . One tablet after breakfast. For two months only
Please increase your protein and iron intake...
Hydrate yourself.. drink atleast 2 to 3 litres of water daily
Add fiber rich foods like vegetables in your diet regularly
Must sleep atleast 7 hours a day
Engage in any form of exercise regularly atleast 30 minutes
