GetFit is an online fitness mentoring program initiated through Kinesis Sports Clinic which specializes in medical weight loss. It is a one of a kind program which focuses purely on fat loss and NOT weight loss, through a metabolic reset concept. And the best part is NO fat burners or any kind of medication is used. It is only through “Eating Right” and “Lifestyle Modification”. Our Promise: We will not make you starve or make you spend hours in the gym! We analyze your food intake, your lifestyle, your physical activity and other medical disorders that may be the cause of your weight gain. What do you need to do? 1. Body Composition Analysis (BCA) – BCA tells us about your Fat %, Muscle % etc which is necessary to set a realistic timeline to achieve your goals. BCA machines are available in most of the gyms. However, BCA monitoring is essential every 2 weeks. So we recommend that you purchase a simple BCA machine that suits your budget. It is available online. 2. 7-Day Food Log – Please start logging the details of your food intake along with the time, food, quantity, method of preparation, source of your raw materials etc. Also mention details of food you like, dislike etc. 3. Lifestyle Log – Give us a brief write up of your typical weekday and weekend, which includes your waking up time, office time, travel time, sleep time and quality, stress levels, physical activity etc. 4. Medical History – If you are diagnosed with any medical conditions and undergoing treatment etc, please provide us with the details. This should include the actual papers. Also mention if there is any history of allergy etc. 5. Contact Us – Once you have all the above details, you can contact us at Kinesis Sports Clinic.
