Vegetable juice on daily basis
I drink mix vegetable juice on a daily basis. It doesn't replace my normal diet but supplements it (I take it as an evening snack). It generally includes the following- Beetroot Carrot Spinach Gourd Bitter Gourd Cucumber Tomato Amla Ginger Apple Orange My question - Is this healthy for me? Is any change desirable( in ingredients or in frequency)? Any other expert suggestions from your side.

Each vegetable and fruit has its own nature so if you are combining, combine only two vegetables and one fruit at a time.

It's better to take fruits and vegetables at different times in raw form. Juices don't provide fiber properly.
Next Steps
Book video consultation via practo to get a proper diet plan.
Health Tips
In evening snacks, you can take roasted chana/ makhana, paneer and boiled eggs.

Healthy afternoon, Drinking green juices in moderation can boost your intake of multiple nutrients, but to much may cause serious side effects. Green vegetables are rich in oxalic acid or oxalate. Which is considered an anti nutrient because it bind to minerals in foods and stops your digestive tract absorbing them.
