I drink mix vegetable juice on a daily basis. It doesn't replace my normal diet but supplements it (I take it as an evening snack). It generally includes the following-
Beetroot
Carrot
Spinach
Gourd
Bitter Gourd
Cucumber
Tomato
Amla
Ginger
Apple
Orange
My question - Is this healthy for me? Is any change desirable( in ingredients or in frequency)? Any other expert suggestions from your side.

Healthy afternoon,
Drinking green juices in moderation can boost your intake of multiple nutrients, but to much may cause serious side effects.
Green vegetables are rich in oxalic acid or oxalate. Which is considered an anti nutrient because it bind to minerals in foods and stops your digestive tract absorbing them.
Raw fruits are better
But as an average way ok in some way add some percentage to your routine but it cannot be more than 15-20% of a nutritioj part
Its better to take mix fruit salad or one fruit in a day
