As you are observing a fast ,it 'l be good to start any life style & food pattern changes post the festival as there are metabolic changes happening during this phase,so avoid any changes at this period, so practice what you are used to .

Healthy afternoon, During holy month, you are not able to eat anything from sunrise to sunset. When we talk about gaining weight, not eating makes this process much more difficult. Due to lack of food, a lot of people lose weight during Ramadan .on other hand, we have healthy foods that dissolve into energy, over the entire day. Such foods turned into healthy fats, protein and muscle gain. This combine with proper workout and keep a healthy lifestyle. 1. Make sure consume nutrients rich foods 2. Experiments with drinks instead of simply drinking water 3. Focus on a healthy diet for gaining weight 4.carbs are important before a good workout 5. Avoid cardio and save your energy the best way you can 6. Focus on quality more rather than numbers and quantity. 7.enjoy your snack and turn into mini meals.
