Respected sir or mam plz guide me In iftar will I take 2 banana 1 dates  along with banana milk shake 2 glass with adding 5 almonds cashewnut nut 5  mixed with peanut butter . full  1 full plate mix fruits and AFTER drinking milk shake can I have 1 glass full beetroot carrot mix juice or not or should I have to wait more time gap required to drink this or can I drink both beetroot carrot mix juice along with banana milk shake at a same time For gaining a weight fast plz reply
