Now I gain 3 kg weight by following it
Mostly I'm now 73 kg
In iftar I take banana milkshake with 3 banana 2 dates is it ok na to take it 4 time in a iftar time and 3 time beetroot carrot mix juice
With 1 plate mix fruits
And how many hours gaps is required to take
Some litle snacks like roasted salted peanut
