Consuming this shake twice daily might not be the best choice due to: Full-fat milk, peanut butter, and bananas are all calorie-dense. Consuming twice daily can lead to excessive calorie intake. Recommendation: Limit this shake to once a day, preferably as a filling snack. Consider using low-fat or fat-free milk and a single banana to manage calorie intake. Beetroot and Carrot Juice after Banana Shake: Combining them with a banana shake might not be ideal due to: Digestive Impact: Combining fruits and milk can cause digestive discomfort for some individuals. Nutrient Interaction: The high sugar content in the shake might hinder the absorption of certain nutrients from the vegetables. Recommendation: Consume the beetroot and carrot juice separately, preferably before a meal for better nutrient absorption. While the ingredients in the shake and juice offer individual health benefits, consuming them in the manner described might not be the most balanced approach.
Health Tips
Here's a suggestion: Enjoy the banana shake occasionally, focusing on portion control and potentially using lower-fat options. Consume the beetroot and carrot juice separately, ideally before a meal.

Every thing is good only i thinks daily its not advisable..may be a week 4 days u can try it and its should be one time..mostly in day or morning. In evening or night banana not good.as per ayurveda milk and banana together not allowed but modern science not believing on such things due to lack of avidence. But for safety tk less.if yor body very cold or any Lactose intolerance or diabetes issues please consult with your doctor/dietician before continue such drinks.

Banana milk shake can be beneficial for those who are trying to gain weight. Eating milk with bananas can be both beneficial and harmful for our body. Milk and banana provide a great source of essential nutrients, but it can also be harmful for those who are lactose intolerant, have gastric problems, are trying to lose weight, or have diabetes. You should drink 1 glass of banana milk shakes 4 days a week & beetroot carrot mix juice  3 days in a week.

Try to eat your fruit and not drink your fruit. It's always preferable to eat fruits and not blend it.

If you can consume banana with milk there is no bad effect. If you have any other chronic disease you may slightly avoid some foods like raisin, full fat milk etc.
