For making milkshake, add 200ml milkk and 1 medium size banana. You can add oats, nuts and few seeds to it to make it healthier and calorie rich.
Best time to have is during mid meal i.e between breakfast and lunch.

And you can also put peanut butter in it to make it high calorie rich in good fat.
