Hi welcome - banana is mostly very useful for all, but may not be suitable for obese, respiratory infections, Diabetic, some other disorders. If you are fit not overweight rather young in age ,doing high calorie activities , sports, students etc etc.then can take banana with breakfast or with 11 noon better. You can 2 -3 normal size bananas in general.
Hello, One banana a day is never harmful. Eating fruit on empty stomach is good. Not only with curd rice, we should never take any fruit with a meal because raw food takes time to digest and cooked food digests fast. When you take raw and cooked together, the raw food gets bind up with the cooked food resulting in indigestion and stomach upset. Instead, take any fruit half an hour prior to your meal.
