Hello,
I'm a 20 year old male student. I work out everyday. I've stopped intake of any excess
sugar. Hence I prefer taking fresh fruits, especially banana, with my glass of milk for flavour and nutrients. However, my parents don't think it's a good idea to mix fruits and milk because of indigestion. Kindly tell me if it's okay to have banana and milk together as a smoothie, or rather any non citric, non melon fruit with milk.
