And can I include deshi ghee in my diet with adding
On roti and peanut butter to on roti
And 2 banana milk shake with peanut butter 1 glass everyday including 6 almonds and 5 cashewnut 3 dates in milkshake with 2 spoon peanut butter and 1 banana in iftar with 1 full.plates fruits
Plz tell me some best sehri diet to have it in morning to gain weight fast
Is it ok to have 5 dates in everyday including 3 dates in making banana milkshake and 2 dates in iftar and including 2 egg everyday in night in a meal 1 boiled and 1 egg omelette...
And biscuit 🍪 to. For weight gain
Even some good sehri item
My aim is to gain 10 kg in 1 month cz next month after Eid I have my flight ✈️ for Kuwait

After 1 hour of Iftar you can have peanuts etc
But also include dates at Sehri time(3to 4 dates if not diabetic).
Try to have digestive biscuits instead.
