Can I eat peanuts daily
What happens if I eat too much peanuts will it cause any health issues? How much is the required quantity if I consume it on daily basis?

Excess of anything is bad for health. I would suggest  not to eat more than one first of peanut per day (Approx. 25 to 30 grams) . No doubt they are good source of healthy fats. Excess intake will cause acidity,  bloating and indigestion in most of individual. Also keep check on the quality of peanuts you are having. If you found any mould growth then avoid that particular peanut.Also keep check on hand hygiene..

15 gm in a day you can have . Anything in excess not good for health.Peanut in excess can disturb your digestion and will increase blood cholesterol level

Gud morning a small handfull of boiled or roasted peanuts is enough. Excess intake will cause gas or flatulence.

Hi, Excess of anything is harmful. Peanuts are full of oil which may work wonders if taken in moderation but proves harmful if exceeds the quantity. Can consume 8-10 peanuts on a daily basis but that too if you don't have elevated Lipids.
