Spinach good source of iron, calcium and fiber carrots good for eyes, and dal good amount protein...but daily same routine food missing another important nutrition, so try to eat verity food .tk balanced and healthy food for future growth and health. He can also consult with a good dietician.

It is advisable to add variety to food as the same food everyday can cause you to miss out on some micronutrients not found in those foods. For weight reduction too this kind of thing will not work long term. kindly get in touch directly through practo app for detailed discussion.
Hi,kindly book a consultation with me so that we can have a proper discussion before i can suggest you with a solution. I am available right now regards.
Same type of meals won't prove any good in the long run. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day.
Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Try getting sleep for 6-8 hrs min.

Need to know the reason for doing this .. and instead of eating only one or two food items we should always include a variety of foods as each food have their own nutritive value.
