Approximately around 30 grams of nuts can be included in a daily diet for adequate nutrition. If you face bloating and acidity issues then better to avoid any kind of nuts in excess. Soaking nuts overnight would be a good option. If You are allergic then avoid intake of peanuts.

Gud morning sometimes in a week u can have peanuts a small handfull only. Any nuts u should have in limitation. Excess intake will cause gas or bloating or constipation issues.

In a day you can have 15 to 20 gm  nuts altogether. So if you consume other nuts upto 10 gm then 10 gm of peanuts is allowed.

Yes peanuts can be taken. A handful of roasted peanuts can be taken and you can also mix some chopped cucumber, tomato, capsicum and coriander leaves and little spices. It can also be a good evening snack this way.
