ORS is good but you can take lemonades(lemon shikanjavi) made up at home which is cheap and nutritious also .

Hi! ORS is a safe and cost-effective treatment option for dehydration caused by diarrhoea or summer and other illnesses in people of all ages. Because of its optimal water, salt, and sugar ratio. You can take ors daily but you have to monitor ur sugar and bp levels while taking it Becoz if u are hypertensive or diabetic, it might harm after a certain period of time

Hello ORS is advised in case of dehydration and loss of electrolytes. First identify if you need to take ORS. If you don’t need it, hydrate yourself with nimbu paani, sabja water or tender coconut water.
