Yes, it is safe if you doesn't have gestational diabetes. Monthly twice is very much welcome ... Basically sugarcane juice rich in minerals and natural sugar specially iron... So u can consume if your blood glucose level is normal

Hi, Sugarcane is a good source of simple sugar and minerals. It is good for the liver and overall health. It should be consumed during the day not post evening as it can increase the blood sugars in a pregnant woman.

Gud evening yes u can have sugar cane juice but in limited quantity and not daily ,once a month 2times is ok.If u don't have gestational diabetes in that case only.
