It's always better to eat fruits rather than drink juice as it has more fiber which is good for your health.
So try to eat fruits and you can have vegetable juice. You can have carrot beetroot juice and add awla to it for increasing vitamin C. Bottle guard juice is also good to lower your cholesterol levels. Can add pudina, 1amla while juicing.
So you can keep changing say after few days.
Keep checking your other parameters on regular basis.

As far as fruits is concerned try to have them as whole instead of juices for good nutritional value. Vegetables juices you can keep alternating. Beetroot juice specially beneficial for blood pressure.
