For PCOS patients ,a low glycemic index diet is recommended - Focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, and limiting saturated and trans fats. -Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is important. - Engage in at least 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic exercise each week, including strength training exercises, yoga or Pilates to manage stress. Be consistent, and make exercise a regular part of your routine. It's important to consult a dietitian to develop a personalized plan that suits individual needs.
