Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)
I am suffering with Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). I weight 68 KG , Height 153 cm. I have a very fatty belly and body. No diet could save me. Is metformin tablets only a solution. Do the cyst will grow and be cancerous.

Hi Nothing like no diet can help.. only diet can make u lose weight . It wil b little slow .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly  for customized diet plan for you.
