Start your day with 4 soaked almonds and 1 walnut, then have a glass of warm water with lemon – it will boost your energy levels. For breakfast, eat something filling like poha with vegetables, upma, besan chilla, or oats with milk and some fruits – avoid skipping breakfast. Mid-morning, have a fruit like banana, apple, or orange – they give natural energy and keep you fresh. Lunch should be balanced – include 1-2 rotis, a bowl of rice, dal or rajma or chole, sabzi, and salad – avoid oily or fried items. Post-lunch, have a small piece of jaggery or a date or you can have (30 pcs) of Makhanas – it helps in keeping energy stable. In the evening, avoid tea on an empty stomach. Have a handful of roasted chana, murmura bhel, or a boiled egg first, then take tea or green tea. Dinner should be light but wholesome – 1-2 rotis or a small bowl of khichdi with sabzi or dal, and a bowl of soup or salad. Avoid heavy or fried food at night – it makes you feel more tired the next day. Stay hydrated – drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. You can also add coconut water, lemon water, or buttermilk. Avoid long gaps between meals – it makes you more tired. Eat something small every 2.5 to 3 hours. Don’t depend on sugar or caffeine – it gives energy for a short time and then you crash. Choose natural energy foods like nuts, fruits, and whole grains. Try to sleep on time – even the best food won’t work if sleep is not proper.
Next Steps
Avoid adding table salt, extra oil, or heavy tadka to your meals. This helps reduce unnecessary sodium and unhealthy fats, supporting better heart health and overall wellness.
