Thank you for sharing your concern. As a student facing long study hours and low energy, your symptoms point to energy deficiency due to poor nutrition, inadequate hydration, and insufficient sleep. Here's a short plan: Start your day with soaked almonds + banana or a fruit smoothie. Include balanced meals: Protein (dal, eggs, paneer), complex carbs (millets, oats), and good fats (ghee, nuts). Mid-meals: Roasted chana, fruit, or buttermilk. Hydration: 8–10 glasses of water + coconut water or lemon water. Sleep: Aim for at least 7–8 hours daily at night only. These small changes can help you feel active and focused.
Next Steps
Book a personalized consultation for a tailored diet and lifestyle plan to boost your energy, manage study stress, and avoid long-term health issues.

Hi Good morning. Please do a blood test and check your iron, vitamin D and B12 levels. Sometimes these deficiencies can cause dizziness. Are drinking enough water throughout the day?
