As a Vegan student, cooking by myself ,how can i manage my diet regular basis for physically mentally fit and active ? i.e. one/two menu for Quick Breakfast , Little Lunch Menu , Dinner menu , water intake , and which fruits and vegge i have to eat regular basis ? weight - 60-62 , Engineer , blood - o+ , working hr - 12-13/day , pure vegetarian boy
