Well it may sound rude but trust me in my experience, I can assure you there is no 1-2 tablets which can provide you with energy& healthy lifestyle unlike freshly cooked foods or plant-based , colourful fruits & veggies, grains & pulses, nuts & dairy.
You must & should ensure every meal is a balanced meal with the right ratio of Carb, proteins, fat, vitamins & minerals.
Only then will you feel more energetic & healthy from within.
