Hello! Have a mixture of milk,chia seeds,coffee(1/4th teaspoon),oats,sugar or honey(according to taste). Make this mix at night,and you can have it 1 hour before or 1/2 hour before workout. Stay blessed. Thankyou!

Namaskaram! Ideally hydrating yourself enough with water is sufficient before workout if the activity period is less than an hour. If you workout for more than 2 hours, then your pre workout meal can be a whole fruit ( banana, apple, any seasonal fruit ). It is advisable to continue hydrating yourself after 1 hr of activity with electrolyte drink ( lemon juice with salt and sugar / coconut water / fresh juice ) Hope this helps!
