I have been suffering from constipation since long. It also affect my energy level to go down. So, Please suggest me with some good tips.

Hello, Diet rich in fiber will help you. include lots of green leafy veggies and fruits, Whole cereal, oat bran, wheat bran in your daily diet. Drink 3-4 litres water per day.
