I'm having constipation since yesterday with poop like pebble. I also have pcod and thyroid. How can I get relief from constipation

Healthy afternoon ma’am, Includes minimum 5 servings whole grains products in a daily. Choose whole grains bread and cereals that have 4-5 gm per serving. Fiber rich foods include fruits and vegetables, whole grains breads, cereals and rice. Increase dietary fibre slowly to prevent bloating and gas.

Have medicine like creamfin or loose once And after that you can have isabghol early morning empty stomach for few days Don't follow above syrup regularly as they can cause loose motions also sometimes one time its ok Still if they don't work then you have to visit a doctor for enema

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 20 -30min a day, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
