Constipation
I sufferings from constipation so that I take Esabgul for 2 month it work well after that I have started Basil seeds 1 month before is it safe to continue.

Yes you can add basil seed water - it helps for constipation issue ( 1 teaspoon is fine ) Add more pectin rich food like carrot, bhindi ,pear, apple, papaya,guava, oats ,chia seed, prunes fig . Also include 1 katori black chana salad before dinner

Gud afternoon pls follow a proper healthy fiber rich diet with moderate amount of fat,good amounts of proteins,healthy carbs with all vitamins n minerals and also exercise for minimum of 30mins daily.
