Hi PCOS is caused by hormonal imbalance in the body. You can reverse it by taking healthy wholesome foods like whole grains instead of refined foods, include variety of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables, sprouts, lentils etc. Avoid eating eggs for the time being. Also avoid fried, processed, bakery products. Basically you have to reduce weight. Do regular exercise and yoga. Reduce your stress levels by doing meditation. Take proper 7-8 hours sleep. Stay yourself hydrated.
