I have pcos, high BP, high cholesterol and high uric acid issue.. I have suddenly gain my weight upto 20 kg within 1 year after marriage and I got facial hair. I am facing hair fall problem as well. I want some diet plan to loss my weight and cure in pcod.
Currently I am only taking medicine for BP.

Get proper sleep and stay stress free.
Avoid outside food, processed food and refined sugar as much as you can. Have only home cooked meals with plenty of fresh fruits and veggies.
Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Drink plenty of water everyday, have a glass of water half an hour before your meals.
