Yes mainly the should be with more nutrients,fibre,and minerals.. Low fat milk and its products are recommended. Physical activities are also recommended as yoga,exercises,walking everyday for 1-1 1/2 hr .Other dietary measures are to be followed strictly can consult thru practo.
