Mam, as per allopathic strim ther is no any special scientific evidence available, but ayurveda advice to keep gap in between fish and milk, may be same cases get skin issues or calcium, iron low absorption related issues...so as a precautions u can kerp almost one and half to 2 hour's gap.thanks for questioning.
