I am very confused if I should give milk to my daughter or not. People have stopped giving milk. Please suggest which type of milk should I use in my house. My daughter is 2.7 yrs old.

At 2.7 yrs old, it’s still perfectly fine for your daughter to drink milk if she enjoys it and it’s part of her balanced diet 1. Calcium and vitamin D Milk is great source of calcium and vitamin D , which Are important for bone development You offer milk or milk alternatives like yogurt, cheese, Or fortified plant base milk
