Yes nuts are rich in good fatty acids wch lead to a healthy heart..also taking them along with milk will prevent any kind of milk acidity..prefer milk with breakfast...

Milk is acidic in nature. It's better to grind walnut with milk and make the walnut milk just like almond milk. It adds more nutrition. Don't consume milk .it's all filled with hormones and leads to acidity and bloating like issues.

Hi You can have walnut,cashews and almond's with milk, there is no problem in that. But the number do matter don't overeat the nuts. Excess of everything is bad.
