Hi Medam / Sir , Dialy morning i will eat 5 nightly soaked almonds and 5 nightly soaked walnuts kernels and After Breakfast 2 green tea bags with 1 glass hot water. After Lunch 2 green tea bags with 1 glass hot water  Evening 2 table spoon flaxseeds powder with 1 glass water . Can i continue above diet dialy and is it good for health, Could you please tell

Hi, R  U following this diet plan under anyone's guidance or by seeing on google or youtube you started following because before taking anything we should know about our body composition(height,weight,BMI,TEE) and medical history if any.although this n all is good fats but taking anything access is not good.you diet should be balanced and fulfill all the nutritional requirement at daily basis.

Soaked nuts are good . But 2 cup of tea in a day is ok. Immediately don't drink hot water.
