They are good for heart. Walnuts are rich in Omega 3 n almonds also rich in good fats. Omega 3 as rich in Omega 3 which is a great anti-inflammatory.

Almonds and walnuts contain protein and multi nutrients. If your throat is sensitive then eat soaked on only. Dry fruits are completely dehydrated and less humidity level with this stomach needs more power to agitate. In summer eat less and in the winter season you can substitute it with breakfast but handful is advisable

Greetings for the day!!     Nuts are small bundles of rich nutrients. They are very healthy. They contain protein, omega 3 fatty acids and minerals. If you are in healthy weight range, you can take 5-10 almonds or walnuts everyday. This will help improve your HDL. If you are overweight or obese, upto 5 almonds or walnuts can be taken. Thank you
