Gud afternoon excess almond intake is not ok. If u r doing rigorous work out in gym then 6almonds in a day is fyn but if not doing any form of work out then try to have less than 6.

If you are doing gym then can take 6 otherwise 4 almonds and 2walnuts is enough.
