Almond consumption and side effects
Can I eat 40 almonds only for two days? I have eaten this for two days. What are the side effects ? How to deal with it?

Best time to consume almonds is in the morning (4-5 almonds) soaked overnight with skin removed before eating. Almonds may cause : constipation, weight gain, and vitamin E overdose. Overconsumption may also cause kidney stones, and bitter almonds may increase toxin levels in the body. These nuts may also aggravate tree nut allergies, and their fiber may interfere with nutrient absorption.

Hello dear user. No nutritional concept is like your almond intake yet I heard. Every food has their own medicinal and nutritional value itself. So as per my suggestion it will be better to take a recomonded amount of almond in your daily routine not like 40noc of almond in a day.

Hi Eating 40 almonds a day is not advisable, it will put burden on your liver and effect the efficiency of liver . Reduce the limit of almonds to 8 pieces in a day .

As such I give recommendations on nuts as per your BMI,physical activity levels + your other protein intake through out the day,,allergies etc,based on these above mentioned parameters usually a 20 to 40 gms of nuts are recommended .

Gud morning excess consumption of almonds is not advisable, so pls try to have minimum of 4 max of 5almonds in a whole day. Excess consumption of almond causes lots of side effects.
